ART International’s mission began in 2017 as a calling to bring authentic relating training to a mainstream audience. ART co-founders Ryel Kestano and Jason Digges believed that the skills and tools of authentic relating were directly applicable to people’s daily relationships – at work, at home, and everywhere in between – and easily learned and embodied.

Prior to ART’s launch, authentic relating training was only available for very small audiences centered around personal development communities, and were restricted to only those who could take a lot of time off for workshops and had strong financial resources to pay high prices. ART’s mission from the beginning was to bring high quality training to a much broader audience, and remove as many barriers to entry as possible. 

With just four courses in our first year in 2017, ART has now delivered over 300 courses in over 50 locations on 5 continents, and regularly online. More than 3,000 graduates have participated in our courses and programs, and ART is now the largest authentic relating training organization in the world.

We live and breathe this work in our own lives, and have watched ourselves and each other radically transform toward greater and deeper connection with all those with whom we’re in relationship. 

From breakthroughs in intimate partnerships to profound connections with absolute strangers (who rapidly become friends and allies), we’ve all seen how hugely impactful and immediately applicable this work and practice has been.
