ART Level 1 & Level 2 Cancellation policy

If you find that you are unable to attend an ART Level 1 and/or ART Level 2 course after having already purchased your seat, please note the following cancellation policy:
In order to be considered for a refund and or course credit, we must receive a written request to Requests that are submitted via social media, another communication platform and/or to other email addresses will not be considered.

Requests received 31 days or more prior to the course start date will be eligible for a full refund. Please note that depending on your method of payment, the refund can take up to two weeks to process.

Requests received 8-30 days prior to the course start date will be eligible for one of two options: 

  • Refund minus $50 admin fee

  • a course credit (in the amount paid for the course) to a future course. You can apply your course credits one time within one calendar year of the original course date, subject to availability. Please note that your course credit can not roll twice.

Requests received less than 7 days in advance of the course will not be eligible for a refund or course credit. At this time, we have already made irreversible arrangements for the course and are unable to make further adjustments.
