ART Level 1 & Level 2 Cancellation policy

If you find that you are unable to attend an ART Level 1 and/or ART Level 2 after having already purchased your seat, please note the following cancellation policy:
 
In order to be considered for a refund and or course credit, we must receive a written request to
info@authenticrelating.co. Requests that are submitted via social media, another communication platform and/or to other email addresses will not be considered.
 
ART operates a 24 hour grace period after payment is made, within which a refund request will be honored in the event that you made a mistake at checkout or changed your mind about your purchase. After which, the following will apply: 
 

Requests received 31 days or more prior to the course start date will be eligible for a full refund. Please note that depending on your method of payment, the refund can take up to two weeks to process.

Requests received 8-30 days prior to the course start date will be eligible for one of two options: 

  • Refund minus $50 admin fee

  • a course credit (in the amount paid for the course) to a future course. You can apply your course credits one time within one calendar year of the original course date, subject to availability. Please note that your course credit can not roll twice.

Requests received less than 7 days in advance of the course will not be eligible for a refund or course credit. At this time, we have already made irreversible arrangements for the course and are unable to make further adjustments.

If ART cancels or postpones a course:
 
  • If the course is cancelledwe will transfer your funds to a future course or you can receive a full refund including your deposit
  • If the course date is moved and you cannot attend the new dates: we will transfer your funds to a future course or you can receive a full refund including your deposit

Online Courses
As our courses have limited spots available, we will not be able to offer any refunds due to technical/internet connectivity issues, incorrect time zone calculations or scheduling errors. Course transfers may be offered only if available and at the discretion of ART International. Please note, a $100 admin charge will apply in these circumstances. 

Gift Cards
We are not able to offer any refunds for the purchase of gift cards. 

Discounts, Sales and Campaign Terms and Conditions

  • Any discounts, sales and campaigns are applicable only to our Level 1 and Level 2 online and in-person courses.
  • ART International reserves the right to exclude certain courses from our discounts, sales and campaigns. Please refer to the main Level 1 and Level 2 web pages for more information. 
  • Only one discount code may be used per order. A discount code may not be used in combination with other discounts, sales or campaigns except where specified.
  • All promotions are subject to availability and while seats last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.
  • We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
  • We are unable to retroactively apply these discounts to seats already purchased without the use of a discount code and outside of sale dates. We cannot apply any sale discount to courses not included in specified campaigns. 
  • We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions of sale to reflect changes affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws, and regulatory requirements and changes in our site’s capabilities.
