The Netherlands Level 3 Advanced Mentorship Program
We’re thrilled to offer you this powerful 3-month online program that is designed to extend the support, love, care, and feedback we created together as a community in the Netherlands and propel you forward in your bringing your leadership more fully into your life. In this program, you will develop a rock solid foundation for authentic relating in the projects and creations you are called to offer the world.
WHY: “As I mentioned during our closing circle at New Eden, the primary impact I seek for my work in teaching AR is in the second degree: how much you are able to bring these learnings to the lives of the people in your life. As you may already have experienced, doing AR ‘in the wild’ is difficult, especially enrolling those unfamiliar with the practices. Once our training container dissolves, it’s up to you to become the spaceholder, and that’s a key focus for the AMP.
Since I decided to commit myself to this path back in 2012, the overarching purpose of my practice has been community building. This is something I experienced with you at the L3: building webs of connection and meaning so we can accomplish great things together. The style of leadership that builds community is one that carefully balances facilitation with leading to cultivate true collaboration, and this is the second key focus for this AMP.

WHO: Graduates of the September 2021 Netherlands Level 3 Leadership Course.
WHAT: A mentorship program designed to provide extensive community connection and support as you bring your own flavor of authentic leadership into the world.
WHEN: All-group calls will be morning in North America and late afternoon/early evening in Europe to accommodate participants in different time zones, so there should not be any time zone restrictions for anyone.
Group calls are on the following dates:
- Tuesday Oct 19th
- Wednesday Nov 24th
- Wednesday Dec 22nd
- Closing: Wednesday Jan 19th
All group calls will be at 10am-1pm US Mountain Time / 6-9pm Central European Time
WHERE: Zoom – link will be distributed prior to calls.
Cost is $395 USD for the entire program, including all calls, access to the resource drive, unlimited messaging with Senior Course Leaders and mentors, and support from ART International for AR-related projects.

The program consists of the following:
These are intentionally left just slightly non-descript so we can adapt them to your needs as we get more clear on them.
- Two online Zoom calls per month for 3 months. This is the timeline we believe offers the right runway to integrate AR skills and tools into your life, body, and relationships, and to bring projects into full fruition. NOTE: One call per month is with the whole group led by Brooks, and the other Zoom call per month is in your triad with your mentor – triads will be formed during the first call. Calls will be scheduled so everyone in all time zones can participate.
- Triad (or quad!) formation and mentor assignment. On the first call we will sort you into triads along with dedicated mentors from our Level 4 cohort you know and love from the L3. Mentors will support triads throughout the 3-month program, providing additional teaching and guidance and holding space for connection and an ongoing sense of community. As a triad, you will meet together once a week to support each other in your development as authentic leaders.
- The calls blend both guidance and teaching with group share time, Q & A, and live practice. I’ll be presenting on leadership skills, how to facilitate groups, mechanics of community building, the business of authentic relating, and more. It’s also a wonderful way to stay connected with the Level 3 graduate group, and support one another along the path we have already created together.
- Leadership Pods. Each week, one participant will present an online leadership experience, giving us the opportunity to be together, offer feedback and build community connection. You can build upon what you created in the Netherlands, and/or create something new.
- Assignments. We’ll be designing assignments based on your needs that will help you move forward towards enacting your purpose.
- Community Connection. We’ll have a dedicated group on our ARTLand online platform to interact with each other, to post your assignments and stay connected throughout the journey. The community aspect of this program is often one of the richest elements of the program, and the connections that are made far outlast the completion of the program.
- Access to our Advanced Mentorship Program resource drive, which includes recordings of all of our Level 1 and 2 teachings, written AR exercise and curriculum plans, documents going further into authentic leadership, guides for establishing and running your own events, and recordings of all our group calls, plus other valuable docs and files we’ve assembled over the years.
- The opportunity to leverage ART marketing and business development resources to help you produce your own events, local or online.
